These are broad differences, not a feature score. “Floor plan” can mean a measured deliverable or an existing image used for tour navigation. CAD, BIM and point clouds are separate outputs that may require a specific device, plan or order.

How Xperio3D connects
Matterport is the default, deeply integrated tour workflow in Xperio3D. The other named platforms can be selected as external tours when they supply a usable public embed URL. An embedded viewer retains its own native controls; Xperio3D features that rely on Matterport's SDK or geometry should be evaluated separately for each platform.
