AI Usage Policy

1. AI Features
Xperio3D provides AI-powered features including an AI Concierge / tour chatbot and AI-generated narration. These features use large language models and voice generation services.
2. Accuracy and Disclaimers
AI-generated information may be incomplete or inaccurate. A persistent notice is displayed in the AI Concierge interface. Confirm important details (pricing, availability, accessibility, health, safety, contracts, or payments) with the venue, property, seller, or responsible staff. AI responses do not constitute guaranteed advice.
3. Tenant Isolation
Each AI request is scoped to the active tour's authorized knowledge base and tenant context. The AI cannot retrieve or access another customer's knowledge base or data. Customer AI data remains isolated per tenant.
4. Processing and Privacy
Inputs and outputs of AI features are handled according to the Privacy Policy. We do not use your customer-specific knowledge base content to train general models for third parties.
5. Voice Providers
AI narration is generated via ElevenLabs or other voice providers. Audio requests are processed for the purpose of generating the requested narration and may be retained by the provider according to its terms.
