Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs acceptable use of the Xperio3D platform. By using Xperio3D you agree to this AUP.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
Infringement of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
Attempting to access another tenant's data, reverse engineer, or bypass platform security.
Abuse of public ingestion endpoints (spamming, flooding, bots).
Using Xperio3D to recreate or replace Matterport Showcase, Workshop, or hosting — Xperio3D is an Experience Layer and must not be presented as Matterport.
Removing or obscuring Matterport branding without written authorization from Matterport.

3. Matterport Relationship

Customers connect their own Matterport spaces. Xperio3D does not host, store, or distribute Matterport 3D assets. Commercial use of the Matterport SDK may require written Matterport authorization; customers are responsible for their own Matterport licensing.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.
