Account & data deletion workflow

Step 1 — Request & export

Creates a deletion request and generates a downloadable export of your data (available for 7 days). Your account stays active until you confirm in Step 2.

Step 2 — Confirm & delete

This cancels active subscriptions, deletes your data across all owned entities, and records a compliance receipt. The final auth-account removal is completed by Xperio3D support. This cannot be undone.

Error: Request failed with status code 500

Covered entities: Tour, Tag, TagCategory, BrandTemplate, MediaFile, Panorama, ScavengerHunt, SweepGroup, TourAnalytics, TourSession, SweepVisit, InteractionEvent, ClientProfile, WhitelabelRequest. Tour-scoped analytics are deleted only for tours you own.
