Capture and image quality
Giraffe360 uses its own camera workflow to collect panoramic imagery and spatial data at a property. Its processing service turns that capture into listing assets. Device generation and service package affect the final deliverables, so evaluate a sample from the camera and plan being offered.
The native tour experience
The native virtual tour lets buyers explore the property remotely. Giraffe360 also describes guided viewings, which let an agent invite a visitor into a shared tour. HDR stills, property videos and listing presentation can be produced from the capture workflow.
Measurements, plans and design files
Floor plans and 3D floor plans are core outputs. Giraffe360 also offers point-cloud output, including E57 and PLY in its current point-cloud offering. An exportable point cloud is source geometry for a professional workflow; it is not a finished BIM model or an editable CAD drawing. Confirm formats and entitlements for the actual camera and subscription.
Hosting and sharing
A Giraffe360 tour is normally shared or embedded from its hosted service. Check the public embed URL, branding, access and continued hosting before building a customer journey around it.
Using Giraffe360 with Xperio3D
