3DVista: capture, virtual tours and deliverables
An authoring suite for highly customized panoramic tours, rich hotspots, maps and flexible hosting.
Good starting point: Creators who need extensive presentation control, self-hosting or offline delivery.
Capture and image quality
3DVista Virtual Tour Pro assembles imported panoramas, photos, video and other media into an authored experience. The quality of the spatial imagery depends on how it was captured or rendered before import. Tour authoring does not itself turn panorama images into a measured LiDAR model.
The native tour experience
The author can design skins, link scenes with hotspots, use maps and floor-plan graphics, and attach images, audio, video or web actions. Some workflows also support live guided tours. Feature behavior depends on the published tour and its configuration.
Measurements, plans and design files
A mapped floor-plan graphic is a navigation aid, not automatically a measured CAD floor plan. If a job needs point clouds, DWG drawings or BIM, capture and produce those through a separate compatible workflow.
Hosting and sharing
3DVista offers its own hosting, publication on an owner-controlled server and offline standalone options. That flexibility can matter for long-term control, venue installations or limited connectivity. Verify which interactions need a network connection.
Using 3DVista with Xperio3D
Xperio3D can show an online, embeddable 3DVista tour. A fully offline 3DVista package is a different delivery mode and does not become an Xperio3D cloud embed. Avoid duplicating hotspot features already built in the native 3DVista tour.
