iGUIDE: capture, virtual tours and deliverables
A property documentation workflow pairing a LiDAR-equipped camera, measured floor plans and a 360° walkthrough.

Capture and image quality
The iGUIDE PLANIX system captures LiDAR measurements and 360° imagery during a property visit. The resulting walkthrough links panoramic views to a floor plan. Capture procedures and package selection affect image quality, measured coverage and export eligibility.
The native tour experience
Visitors can move through 360° views while seeing their location on the property plan. iGUIDE provides measurement and tagging tools within supported tour packages, so remote viewers can discuss layout and condition with shared visual context.
Measurements, plans and design files
iGUIDE produces floor plans and offers CAD deliverables, including DWG drawings and DXF point-cloud data in eligible drawing packages. It also describes model exports and other formats in particular offerings. These are package-specific deliverables; request a sample and confirm scope and tolerance for design work.
Hosting and sharing
The tour and plans are delivered through the iGUIDE portal. Sharing, branding, embeds and file access should be checked for the selected account and package.
Using iGUIDE with Xperio3D
Xperio3D can show a public iGUIDE embed as an external tour. iGUIDE’s native measurements and plan remain within its viewer. Any Xperio3D navigation or actions outside that viewer must be checked against the iframe integration.
